CAN: Lokash named as new Clearly Canadian CEO

Canadian enhanced and flavoured waters producer Clearly Canadian Brands has announced the appointment of Brent Lokash as chief executive officer. David Reingold succeeds Lokash as president.

Reingold was the majority shareholder in organic and natural snackfoods group DMR Food Corporation and the organic babyfoods producer My Organic Baby, both of which were recently acquired by Clearly Canadian. Reingold and George Reznik have joined the company's board of directors, replacing Cameron Strang and David Parkes who recently resigned from the board.

Reznik is a chartered accountant with over eighteen years of corporate finance, operational management, investor relations and merger and acquisitions experience.
