Dr Pepper Snapple Group has been moved to announce its non-endorsement of a mini-tender offer in the US. The Cadbury_Schweppes-owned unit, which was spun off and floated in the US earlier this year, said it has seen an unsolicited "mini-tender offer" by TRC Capital Corporation to purchase up to 4m shares of its common stock, representing about 1.6% of DPS' outstanding shares.
