A third offer has been put in for the Peruvian operations of Chilean soft drink bottler Coca Cola Embonor, by the Peruvian bottling company Corporacion JR Lindley.

JR Lindley was today reported by local press as offering US$214m for Embotelladora Latinoamericana (ELSA).

It is the third offer after pervious approaches were rejected by Coca Cola Embonor, which is part-owned by the Coca Cola Company.
