Heineken launched two new Bulmers flavours last month

Heineken is to run a “multi-million pound” TV advertising campaign around its Bulmers cider brand in the UK, to support the launch of two new flavours.

The 60-second spot, which can be viewed below, is part of Heineken's biggest spend on the brand, the Dutch brewer said today (1 March). Heineken is also lining up digital and social media and a multi-media push that will celebrate the beginning of the weekend for ten weeks over the summer, the company said.

Specific financial details were not revealed.

The campaign coincides with the launch last month of Bulmers Cider Bold Black Cherry and Pressed Red Grape and the rebranding of Bulmers No.17 as Crushed Red Berries & Lime.
