MACEDONIA: Heineken, Coca-Cola Hellenic tighten grip on Pivara Skopje

Heineken and Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Co have said that they will jointly acquire a further 41.2% of the Pivara Skopje for EUR79.1m (US$107m).
