CANADA: Guru Energy adds two flavours to its line

By | 13 May 2008

Guru, the energy drinks maker, has added two flavours to its line, in new 335ml cans.

The new flavours, Full On Lemonade and Juicy Superfruit, will be available in the new cans designed to be "less filling" and contain "more energy" than the original 473ml can.

Created to cater to "busy, active people's needs," the new products are 100% natural and contain standardised herbal extracts, the company said in a statement.

The Superfruit flavour contains açai, black current, yumberry and pomegranate juices, while the Full On Lemonade flavour is an "all-in-one isotonic" sport drink.

The two flavours are non-carbonated and certified USDA Organic.

The suggested retail price of the new 355ml energy drinks is $2.99 and they will be available in Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver and at Petro-Canada, Loblaws, Sobeys, IGA, Walmart, convenience and health food stores.
