Bonterra Vineyards, California's leading premium producer of wine made from organically grown grapes, has joined forces with UK chef Steven Saunders to further promote the benefits of organic wine food and wine.

Saunders, the Green Gourmet, who launched the UK television programme 'Ready, Steady, Cook' is dedicated to organics with the ambition to open a whole fleet of organic restaurants across the UK.

"In Bonterra I have found wines of absolutely superb quality, which also happen to be made from organically grown grapes," he said.

"Saunders who currently runs the Lowly Restaurant in Manchester and his own hotel/restaurant Sheene Mill in Cambridgeshire, will be producing a range of organic recipes to match Bonterra's wines.
