UK: Glenmorangie sees malts drive profit hike

Glenmorangie, the Scotch whisky producer part owned by Brown-Forman, has announced pre-tax profits for its full year up almost 14% to £7.35m (US$10.5m). The company said the results were driven by strong performances from all three malt brands (Glenmorangie, Ardbeg and Glen Moray) in their key markets, supported by strong investment in marketing.
