GERMANY: German bank sells BBI brewery - report

German brewer Burgerliche Brauhaus Ingolstadt (BBI) has reportedly been sold for EUR9.5m (US$11.5m).
Holding company VIB Vermogen bought a 95.45% stake in BBI from German bank Bayerische Landesbank, according to German newspaper Handelsblatt yesterday (12 April).
The deal is said to include the cost of extensive grounds and properties of BBI, brewer of the Herrbrau wheat beer brand.
