US: Foster's makes marketing appointment
Foster's Wine Estates Americas has announced a promotion within its marketing team.
The Foster's unit confirmed yesterday (4 January) that John Collins, former vice president of IT, is moving to the position of vice president, marketing - imports. Collins held the position of VP information technology at FWE since 2000.
Collins' replacement is Paul Broderick, who becomes vice president, business processes and information technology - Americas. Broderick will have a dual reporting relationship to Scott Weiss, managing director, and Andrew Leyden, director of global processes and information technology.
"The quality of leadership talent and business acumen that both John and Paul have shown in their careers at Foster's Wine Estates is extremely high," said Weiss. "I'm very pleased that we are able to offer them each developmental roles that keep them growing and contributing in pivotal positions on our team."
