US: Fortune Brands details latest dividend payment

Fortune Brands has confirmed details of its latest dividend payment.

The company, which owns Beam Global Spirits & Wine, said yesterday (25 September) that it will pay a regular dividend of US$0.42 per share on its common stock. The payout will be made in cash on 3 December, Fortune said, to stockholders of record on 7 November.

The company also said it will pay a dividend of $0.6675 cents per share on the $2.67 convertible preferred stock, payable in cash on 10 December to stockholders of record on 7 November.

Earlier this month, Beam Global said it will add to its Sauza Hornitos Tequila range in the US. The unit will launch a white Plata and an oak-cask aged amber Anejo in the market.
