US: Fortune Brands declares dividend

Fortune Brands has declared a regular dividend of 39 cents per share on the Common Stock, payable in cash on 1 December, 2006, to stockholders of record at the close of business 8 November, 2006.

The company also declared a regular dividend of 66.75 cents per share on the $2.67 Convertible Preferred Stock, payable in cash on 10 December, 2006, to stockholders of record at the close of business 8 November, 2006.
