BRAZIL: FCOJ exports up in August – figures

Frozen concentrated orange juice exports from Brazil registered a marked leap last month, according to recent figures.
The country's trade ministry reported yesterday (3 September) that orange juice exports in August increased by 27% compared to the corresponding month a year ago. Total exports hit 85,600 tonnes in the month, the figures revealed.
The total also beat exports in July of this year, which reached 63,700 tonnes, the trade ministry noted.
