BRAZIL: Extraordinary Meeting called by AmBev
AmBev has called an Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting. The Brazilian brewer has summoned its shareholders to the meeting, to be held on 6 October at 1000 at its headquarters in Sao Paulo.
The meeting has been called to resolve the cancellation of 1.5 bln treasury-preferred shares, and to approve the new wording of the caput of article 5 of the company's Bylaws.
