By | 28 January 2009

Frederick Wildman and Sons, the US-based wine importer, has confirmed a slew of appointments.

The firm said yesterday (27 January) that Rocco Lombardo will assume the position of senior VP director of sales and marketing of the fine wine division, while continuing in his role of COO for the wholesale division.

Rocco joined Wildman 13 years ago in the finance department, the company said, and subsequently moved up to the position of CFO.

Joining Lombardo in the division is Louise Jordan, who joins the marketing department from PR firm Sopexa.

Meanwhile, in Wildman's national division, D'Shawn Kerrins has been hired as assistant vice-president for the western region, covering markets including California, Nevada, Washington and Oregon.

Kerrins, who joins Wildman from distributor Southern Wine and Spirits of America, will be working directly with Peter Sheehan, newly-appointed VP of sales and marketing for the national brands.

On the sales side, Todd Richman of Wildman's eastern division has been named eastern sales representative for liqueur brand Chartreuse. Richman will continue to focus on New York Metro market on the national brands.

Finally, Tracey Cole, previously Texas state area manager, becomes south central regional manager for the fine wine division, covering Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas.
