Laurent-Perrier changed its chairman last year

Laurent-Perrier has appointed Pernod Ricard's international treasury director as its new CFO.

Philippe Lebannier replaces Etienne Auriau, who stepped down in November in the wake of Stéphane Dalyac's appointment as chairman. Lebannier, 48, spent about 20 years with Pernod, where he also served as CFO for the French company's Mexico and South Korea units.

He is expected to start in his new post this month, Laurent-Perrier said.

In Laurent-Perrier's last set of full-year results, released in June, net profits rose by almost 7% despite a 1% dip in sales.
