USA: eSkye.com renames, restructures and announces redundancies

eSkye.com, which provides e-commerce products for the beverage industry, has announced it will change its name to eSkye Solutions and restructure its operations into two units. The company said approximately 25 of nearly 100 employees would be made redundant, though 12 to 15 new positions will be available as a result of the restructuring.
