SERBIA-MONTEGEGRO: Efes linked with Pancevo move

According to a report from the BETA news agency, the Turkish brewer, Efes Breweries International, has acquired a majority stake in the Serbian brewer, Pancevo Brewery, the first Serbian brewery to be privatised. Efes was reported to have paid US$6.3m for the 63% stake.
