UK: Distell gives Savanna cider competition push

Distell has lined up an off-trade promotional push for its Savanna cider brand in the UK.
The South Africa-based company said yesterday (16 July) that Savanna will offer prizes to consumers in a draw called 'The Great Golden Giveaway'.
Prizes on offer include gig tickets, holidays, games consoles and gadgets.
The on-pack promotion will be backed by radio promotions on Kiss FM, Magic FM and Live DJ with weekly prize draws.
The competition will run on bottles on sale in Tesco and Asda.
In October last year, Distell launched a 500ml bottle version of Savanna in the UK.
