US: Diageo names head of control state hub

Diageo named Kevin O'Neil president of its control state hub, where he will oversee operations in 18 states where the sale of alcoholic beverages is controlled by the state government, as well as Maryland's Montgomery County. O'Neill is now the northeast region senior vice president for Schieffelin & Somerset, a joint venture between Diageo and LVMH.
