ISRAEL: Danone buys stake in Eden Springs - report

Danone has bought into an Israeli bottled water supplier, according to press reports. The French dairy producer has acquired a 19.8% stake in Eden Springs, Israel's leading supplier.

Les Echos reported that the transaction cost Danone €82m (US$101m). The newspaper said that the group bought the shares form Eden Springs' main shareholders the Naftali brothers.
