Crabbie's is set for significant exposure over the Christmas period

Halewood International has announced details of its “biggest ever” Christmas TV advertising spend for its Crabbie's Alcoholic Ginger Beer.  

The company announced today (7 November) that the brand will be the “lead” sponsor over the festive period of ITV, ITV2 and STV. The ITV spots will run throughout next month.  

It forms part of a national, multichannel drive that will also include a separate three-week TV campaign starting this month. Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram will also be used as part of the wider Christmas campaign, Halewood said. 

“We know from experience that TV campaigns delivering high ratings are a strong driver of sales and demand,” said Crabbie’s marketing controller, Al Cross. 

Halewood did not reveal details of the total spend on the campaign.
