FRANCE: Court approves takeover bid for Jus de Marmande

A commercial court has approved the acquisition of south-west France-based soft drinks maker Compagnie des Jus de Marmande (CJM) by a consortium comprising two of its senior executives and two agricultural cooperatives, Terres du Sud and COOP Garonne.
