CANADA: Constellation finally snaps up Vincor

Constellation Brands has finally snapped up long-running takeover target Vincor International after upping its offer for the Canadian wine producer. The US wine giant announced the deal today (3 April) after Vincor's board of directors accepted Constellation's bid, worth C$36.50 (US$31.05) a share, which valued Vincor at C$1.52bn.
