The Coca-Cola Company has made its first foray into the African market for its Dansani water, with the roll out of the bottled water brand in Kenya, according to local press reports. The reports said Coke would be spending Sh640m (US$8.77m) in 2003 to launch non-carbonated beverages. It is the second launch in the country within the last few months, following the introduction of its Bibo range of fruit juices.
