US: Coke bottlers drop delivery lawsuits

Coca-Cola bottlers in the US have dropped lawsuits against the US drinks giant as the two sides announced plans to jointly test new distribution programmes. The Coca-Cola Co. said today (12 February) that it would no longer face legal action against its plan to distribute Powerade to Wal-Mart stores through central warehouses rather than direct to individual outlets.
