Innotrac Corporation (NASDAQ: INOC) today announced a partnership with The Coca-Cola Company (NYSE: KO) to serve as its exclusive e-commerce partner for Coca-Cola brand merchandise for North America. Under the arrangement, Innotrac will design and develop Coca-Cola's official online store and manage all aspects of order processing, fulfillment, and customer care. Coca-Cola's online store is expected to be operational by early summer.

In managing the Coca-Cola online store, Innotrac will be directing the selection of product for the store, inventory and customer database management, and distribution of Coca-Cola brand merchandise. Innotrac will also consult with and place advertising for the online store in conjunction with Coca-Cola, and design and integrate marketing promotions into the online store.
