GREECE: Coca-Cola HBC declares dividend

Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling has announced a dividend payable at the rate EUR0.32 per share at the Annual General Meeting, held on 20th June 2007.

The total entitlement is 1,685,212 shares and the total amount is EUR539,267,84. This converts to a payment of A$0.507456 per CDI. The payment date will be 12 July 2007 in Australia, the company said.

CCHBC is one of the world's largest bottlers of Coke products and has operations in 28 countries. Its shares are listed on the Athens Stock Exchange, with secondary listings in London and Australia.
