US: Coca-Cola Consolidated announces second quarter dividend

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated has announced that its board of directors has declared a dividend for the second quarter of the year.

The company said today (25 April) that a dividend of US$.25 per share on shares of the company's common stock and class B common stock will be payable on 23 May to shareholders of record as of the close of business on 9 May.
