US: Coca-Cola Bottling Co pays dividend

The Coca-Cola Bottling Co. has confirmed details of its latest shareholder dividend after beating market expectations in its last quarter.

Coca-Cola Bottling Company will pay US$0.25 per share on 22 August, it announced today (25 July).

Second quarter earnings per share at parent firm Coca-Cola reached US$0.61, a decrease of 24% versus the prior year on a reported basis. After items impacting comparability, however, EPS reached US$1.01, an increase of 19%.
