CANADA: Clearly Canadian supported by US store chain

Clearly Canadian's line of natural enhanced waters have been listed with Casey's convenience stores across the US.

The company said today (20 November), that its dailyEnergy, dailyVitamin and dailyHydration enhanced water brands will roll out to the Midwestern chain, which owns over 1,450 stores in nine states.

Clearly Canadian CEO Brent Lokash said: "With the addition of Casey's General Stores we will now have a strong presence for this product line throughout the Midwest, and we are pleased to be working with a company whose commitment to quality and service are second to none."

The company, which markets several water brands in Canada, the US and various other countries, said last week, that group sales rose by 64% in the three months to the end of September, totaling C$3.3m (US$3.4m).

Group net loss for the quarter grew, however, to C$2.4m from C$2.2m in Q3 2006
