Internet bank Smile is diversifying into booze. Before Christmas, the UK bank will be offering wine and spirits to its customers as well as its traditional banking services. While banking and drinking might not be entirely related, Smile has chosen one of the healthiest looking online markets. UK Internet sales of both wines and spirits will grow more than ten-fold between 2000 and 2005.
