UK: Bunnahabhain launches travel retail dram

Burn Stewart has released the first global travel retail exclusive from its Bunnahabhain Scotch whisky portfolio.
The Bunnahabhain Darach Ùr Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky has been made using new oak barrels and a 20-year ageing process.
The first, small batch of the 46.3% abv un-chillfiltered single malt is now available in the travel retail channel in a green, one-litre bottle with a "bespoke pearlised" gift tube, the company said today (19 November).
Katherine Crisp, brand manager for Bunnahabhain said: "We are delighted to be able to offer up this new addition to the Bunnahabhain family, exclusively to duty free."
The dram's travel retail price is EUR48 (US$60.67).
The Bunnahabhain Distillery lies on the north-eastern tip of the Hebridean Island of Islay.
