Britvic has brought its J2O range up to six by introducing Orange & Pomegranate as a permanent flavour in the UK.
The flavour was initially launched for a limited edition in October last year, the company said yesterday (19 April). The flavour had performed "exeptionally well" during the limited run, leading to the permanent move.
"Our research indicates that adding a sixth permanent flavour to the range has the potential to bring the reach of the brand to 8 out of 10 consumers," said Britvic's marketing director Andrew Marsden.
Britvic said it will continue to support J2O throughout the year with its 'If H2O were J2O' advertising campaign which includes TV, cinema and digital media advertising.
J2O contains 50% fruit juice and is available in five other flavours, including Apple & Mango and Orange & Cranberry.
