Big Rock Brewery Income Trust, which owns Big Rock Brewery, Kamloops Brewery and Whistler Brewing Company has seen a 33% increase in its full year net income to C$6,766,908 as sales volumes jumped 7%.

Sales volume in hectoliters for the year ended December 31, 2004 increased to 192,674 from 180,451 following growth of the company's core brands in the B.C.

Big Rock added that the popularity of Jack Rabbit Lager in western Canadian markets resulted in Big Rock significantly outperforming the industry which experienced no growth during the period.

For the year ended December 31, 2004, net sales revenue rose 11% to C$38,789,564, resulting from an increase in sales volume and a beneficial increase in sale of premium beers vs value beers.

Gross profit for the year was up 13% from C$22,208,228 last year to C$25,093,015 this year.
