CANADA: Big Rock Brewery appoints director

Big Rock Brewery has announced the appointment of a director.

The Canada-based company said on Friday (7 March) that Trilogy Energy's CFO Michael Kohut, who has worked with both public and trust companies as a chartered accountant, will join the board.

Prior to joining Trilogy, Kohut was Global Railway Industries' president and CEO.

Last month, Lonnie Tate, who served as an independent a director of Big Rock since October 2004, retired from his position.

Last November, the Canadian brewer appointed Colleen McLeod as its new CFO. McLeod replaced Timothy Duffin, who left the company at the end of last year.
