US: Beam Global appoints Cruzan brand education manager

Beam Global Spirits & Wine has appointed Andrea Bearbower as brand education manager for its Cruzan rum brand.

Bearbower will be working directly with consumers, trade partners and Beam Global's sales teams, the company said today (19 March).

"Andrea brings extensive category knowledge and a fresh outlook to our team that will be instrumental in building the Cruzan brand," said David Turo, brand manager, Cruzan Rum.

In her new position, Bearbower will facilitate dialogue on Cruzan and the rum category at a variety of events and on-premise venues, such as the Nightclub & Bar Convention and Trade Show, Tales of the Cocktail and the Annual Convention and Expo of Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America.

Bearbower comes to Beam Global from the Absolut Spirits Co., where she was the training manager for the Absolut portfolio.
