CANADA: APBS acquires Tiger Canada

Asia Pacific Breweries Singapore has acquired Tiger Canada Inc.

A statement on the Fraser & Neave website said Asia Pacific Breweries (Singapore) has acquired the initial issued share capital of Tiger Canada in Canada for C$1,000, being the paid-up capital of TCI. 

It is envisaged that this new company will carry on the business of sourcing Tiger beer from APBS for distribution in the Province of Quebec, Canada.

"The acquisition is not expected to have a material effect on the net tangible assets per share or earnings per share of the Group for the current financial year," the statement said.
