Heineken venture Asia Pacific Breweries has finally struck a deal to enter India's fast-growing beer market. APB, the Singapore-based brewer in which Heineken owns a 42% stake, said today (2 May) that it had acquired a 76% stake in Aurangabad Breweries (AUBL).
