Anadolu Efes is the latest company to join ICAP

Anadolu Efes has become the latest drinks company to join the International Center for Alcohol Policies (ICAP).

The trade organisation, which promotes responsible alcohol consumption practices around the world, confirmed the addition to its ranks late last week. Turkey-based Anadolu Efes joins the likes of Anheuser-Busch InBev, SABMiller, Diageo and Pernod Ricard as “sponsor companies” for ICAP.

Anadolu Efes' corporate affairs & administrations group director, Saltuk Ertop, said: “We are committed to continuing our current responsible drinking efforts, building our relationships with other concerned stakeholders to reduce alcohol misuse, and being a champion of international cooperation.”

ICAP's president, Marcus Grant added: “Anadolu Efes joins us as we are working to develop an inclusive approach to addressing harmful drinking and put diverse resources to work on alcohol-related harms.”
