The Uruguayan government, in setting the price of fresh/pasteurised milk, has not followed a set pattern since 2009, when it previously made minor adjustments twice per year. The unit price was kept unchanged in 2009 and 2010, but in 2011 it increased by 50 cents as the 50 cent coins were phased out in Uruguay.
