Nescafé Duo Grão was launched by Nestlé in August 2012, this being a blend of soluble and finely roasted ground micro-granulated coffee. According to the company, the new product aims to meet the Brazilian preference for coffee with a smooth but aromatic taste. The new coffee has the same properties as soluble coffee, can be directly dissolved in milk or water and is available in a 100g metal tin which promises the same yield as a 500g pack of standard ground coffee.
