Job description:

Flemingo International is a Dubai based, privately held company. They operate travel retail and duty free shops in India, Srilanka and Africa. They also do trading from their Dubai hub. Flemingo is on an expansion mode across Middle East, South Asia and Africa. Diplomatic supplies is a related business and the idea is to enter in to this business and garner a market share of over 20% in the first year of operations. Flemingo has a wide portfolio of products to offer and a very good supply base at Jebal Ali Free zone. This new business would be headed from their office in Jebal Ali Free Zone. The incumbant would start from the scratch and deliver the agreed results. The culture of the company is empowerment and the successful candidate would be given full freedom to set the agenda for the business. The candidate should have a minimum experience of around 4-5 years in the related field and should have a sound communiction, relationship building skills and a very good academic background. Fluency in languages would be an added advantage. Should posses a flair for selling and customer management.
