7 January 2008| Source: The Fabri-Form Company

The Fabri-Form Company is proud to announce the innovatively designed Truckload Bulkhead Spacer and Separator Pad. This package helps to evenly space the load in order to balance weight distribution in the trailer. This design is ideal for dense loads of heavy product, where the truck grosses out on weight before it does on skids.
These lightweight products are made of easy to clean plastic Polyethylene material. The HDPE material is 100% recyclable and high impact resistant.
Our patented interlocking design is portable and easy to set-up. The design incorporates built in labor saving hand holes.
This unique solution with withstand up to 20,000 lbs of force. The system complies with the Code of Federal Regulation (49) for Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. This system protects shipments – reducing damaged product during shipment by 67%.
Our Bulkhead Spacer and Separator Pad eliminate the need for corrugated, wood, and air spacers for trucks. This system has a long service life, so it can be used and reused for years to come. The Separator Pad also protects the load, as it separates dissimilar product on the truck, reducing damage.
