The brand is "El Jimador"...not el Jamador (pls note caps and spelling) and while I´m at it, the meaning is "The Trainer"...i.e the guy who breaks wild horses or tames lions, etc.,

That's ridiculous. The "Jimador" is the guy that removes the Agave pina from the field- certainly not a trainer of wild horses or linons...

Bellski, you are right, " Jimador" is the Mexican word for the guys who harvest the agave plants. This word is not to be found in the average Spanish/Portuguese dictionaries and I confused the meaning with "Jinete" - trainer of horses in Spanish and "Domador" - horse or lion tamer, for instance, in Portuguese.
Still wondering about the "El Jamador" line extension...
