Last week, we were in Washington DC, covering ICAP's two-day conference on 'Global Actions: Initiatives to Reduce Harmful Drinking'. The event saw the trade body release a new set of commitments by major drinks companies around tackling alcohol misuse.

Next week, just-drinks is teaming with ICAP to present a free webinar looking at these commitments in depth.

‘Initiatives and Commitments: Reporting on Industry Actions to Reduce Harmful Drinking’ takes place on Wednesday (24 October), and is a must for all of you working within the realm of alcoholic drinks.

Joining us for the 45-minute presentation, which will be followed by a Q&A session, is the president of ICAP, Marcus Grant, Mark Leverton, DG of the Global Alcohol Producers Group, Carolyn Panzer, director of CSR for Diageo and the VP of ‘Beer & Better World’ for Anheuser-Busch InBev, Carol Clark.

For full details of the webinar, head over here. And, to register ahead of the event next week, click here.

Until next time...
